Returns
My friendly “no questions asked” Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the painting must be in the same condition that you received it. Preferably it should also be in the original packaging. I would recommend that for 30 days you preserve the packaging in which the painting came to you.
If your shipment was within India, a 10% deduction is applied while refunding the amount to you. This is towards the notional cost of initial shipping to the Indian address. Additionally, I will deduct any levies, taxes, or duties incurred while receiving the painting from you. The corresponding additional amount will be deducted during the refund process. I shall provide to you receipts of such payments made by me.
The above 10% figure becomes 15% in the case of shipments made to countries outside India.
You must prepay packing and shipping costs for returning the painting.The painting should be securely packed and returned to the following address.

Copy of the purchase invoice must be included in the packing while returning the painting.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify. whether it has come in sound condition, as supplied to you. I will also notify how much amount is due for refund.
I will process the refund promptly. The applicable credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in about 3 weeks, first check with your bank. Also contact the credit card company. As there is often some processing time before they post a credit.

Exchange
You may choose to exchange the painting that you bought with another painting available on my website. I will be happy to exchange. Please return the painting in 30 days. Let me know which painting you would like me to ship to you.
The above-mentioned Return policy applies for exchange as well.
The exchange is treated as fresh purchase wherein you are required to pay the price of the new painting. Simultaneously, I return the money to you for the returned painting as per the policy outlined above.
